The ideal candidate will help with the planning and execution of events, providing administrative and on-site support to ensure smooth operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate and social events.
• Handle event logistics including vendor coordination, scheduling, and site inspections.
• Support the events team with administrative tasks such as managing emails, calls, and event timelines.
• Assist in budget tracking, ensuring that events stay within financial guidelines.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure they run smoothly.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
