Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: As per Exp.
Duration: Full-Time, Permanent
As a key member of our Estate Planning team, you will be the approachable and sharp-minded professional our clients trust and rely on. Your responsibilities will include:
Estate Planning: Crafting tailored estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, to meet the specific needs of each client.
Client Consultations: Consulting with clients in clear, accessible language to understand their needs and guide them toward the best solutions for their family's protection.
Collaboration: Working alongside paralegals and support staff to ensure exceptional service is delivered to every client.
Drafting Detailed Plans: Designing and drafting comprehensive estate plans that address all aspects of a client's wishes and financial needs.
Estate Administration Oversight: Overseeing and directing paralegals in managing high volumes of estate administration files.
Client Service: Providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and confident in our services.
Networking & Outreach: Participating in networking events and occasionally leading seminars or webinars to expand the firm's reach.
We are seeking a candidate who brings the following experience and skills:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
Licensure: Active licensure to practice law in both North and South Carolina.
Client Relationship Skills: Ability to connect with people, helping clients feel confident and excited about their estate planning decisions.
Technology Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and use various software tools relevant to the estate planning field, such as legal document generation software, research tools, and client management systems.
