We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Permanent Estate Planning Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This position is primarily responsible for providing expert legal advice to our clients on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in drafting complex estate plans, handling probate cases, and providing comprehensive estate planning solutions. This role requires an individual who is highly analytical, has excellent communication skills, and is able to handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Job Details
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Arizona Bar is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
Proven track record of drafting complex estate plans and handling probate cases.
Exceptional knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration laws and regulations.
