Job Description

Overview The Epic Project Coordinator is responsible for, and 100% dedicated to, supporting various administrative and logistical functions related to the enterprise-wide Epic implementation. This position serves as a central point of coordination for team activities, including preparing logistics for team gatherings, facilitating onboarding for new personnel, and handling access and compliance processes. The coordinator works closely with leadership to ensure accurate tracking of project contributions, maintains organized digital records, and supports the overall workflow of consultants and project managers. Through strong attention to detail and effective communication, the coordinator helps keep the project on track and aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities Facilitate the logistics for project on-site meetings and events Facilitates travel logistics for project team members Submit access (NEP, IIQ) for employee and contractor system access Schedule project related meetings for leadership, Project Director, Program Manager and Project Managers Organize new contractor orientation including consultant procedures, system and building access, and ID creation Compile meeting attendance and project work from Teams for approve hours and submit to Finance for allocation back to the capital projects Track and upload consultant status reports to Microsoft Teams Audit consultant status reports for compliance and follow-up with consultant(s) Review and approve consultant timecards Upload and organize documents on Microsoft Teams Assist the program and project managers with other administrative tasks Reports to Epic Project Director and Program Manager Required Qualifications 2-3+ years of Healthcare Project coordination experience Experienced with Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Experience with timecard systems, resource tracking tools, document management systems Epic/EHR project and implementation experience preferred No specific Epic Certifications required Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Administrative Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr Medasource
