Superlanet is seeking an Epic Optime Anesthesia Analyst to join our Southern California healthcare client in a full-time, direct hire capacity. This position plays a key role in optimizing and supporting perioperative clinical workflows including nursing, anesthesia, surgical technicians, and scheduling staff.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical informatics expertise, with direct experience supporting Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia modules. This is a highly collaborative role requiring both clinical and technical fluency, with a strong emphasis on workflow enhancement and end-user engagement. Occasional travel onsite required based on project needs - all expenses covered.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the informatics liaison for perioperative areas including nursing, anesthesia, surgical techs, and schedulers
  • Analyze and optimize clinical workflows and system configurations in Epic OpTime/Anesthesia
  • Collaborate with operational leaders, clinicians, and IT to design and implement system improvements
  • Support training, change management, and go-live initiatives as needed
  • Translate clinical needs into technical solutions that drive efficiency and improve patient care
Qualifications:
  • Epic certification in OpTime and/or Anesthesia (current certification required)
  • Strong background in perioperative clinical environments and workflows
  • Experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT roles with hands-on Epic build/configuration
  • Ability to engage with clinical stakeholders and translate needs into effective Epic solutions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to work Pacific Time hours to support clinical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dual certification in both OpTime and Anesthesia
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to the San Diego area strongly preferred
  • RN, CRNA, or other clinical credentials a plus

Benefits

Salary based on experience $110,000 - $120,000 +
