Overview:
We are a fast-growing customer engagement firm looking for a driven and personable Customer Account Sales Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people find the right products and services.
Responsibilities:
Build connections with customers through direct interactions in retail and event settings
Present product features and explain benefits tailored to customer needs
Answer questions, troubleshoot concerns, and deliver excellent service
Track interactions and maintain accurate sales records
Contribute fresh ideas to improve outreach and team performance
