Your Responsibilities:

• Proactive Business Development: Use strategic cold calling, targeted emails, and networking to discover new business opportunities and talent.
• Talent Acquisition & Placement: Excel in sourcing and placing candidates into roles that advance their careers and meet our clients' needs.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment process from outreach to successful candidate placement.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and industry insights to maintain a competitive edge.
• Professional Network Expansion: Build and grow a professional network, establishing yourself as a key resource for clients and candidates alike.
