As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and attendees. • Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Friendly, patient, and able to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are a plus.
• No prior experience required—training will be provided.
