About job:

We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Entry Level Customer Service Assistant at our growing company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be integral in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support and service experience. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn and develop their professional skills in a supportive environment.

Salary Range: $950 - $1200 per week

Job: Full time

Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, documenting the process and outcomes.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate solutions to customer queries.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share feedback.
Utilize customer management software to log interactions and track customer needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
