Position Overview:
We are hiring Entry-Level Client Services Representatives who are eager to learn, passionate about helping others, and excited to join a supportive remote team. No prior experience is necessary — we offer full training. If you have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
Assist clients with insurance-related questions, policy updates, and general support
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate and detailed client records
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
