You will be the primary point of contact for ATBS clients and will provide unparalleled customer service and business advice to keep our truck drivers business' between the lines!

About the Opportunity:

• Passionately provide exceptional customer service, via phone and email, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Respond to all client inquiries as quickly as possible
• Accurately analyze and communicate business performance and financial results with clients
• Consistently initiate client goal setting through profit plan preparation
• Share your knowledge by answering client and coworker questions using everyday language
• Proactively support the team and contribute to the growth and success of ATBS 

About Your Expertise: 

• Progress toward an applicable Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of tax rules and regulations is beneficial
• Experience in the transportation industry is beneficial
• Experience managing multiple priorities is beneficial
