Job Description
Swoon is hiring a Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist for a leading IT company in cloud storage and collaboration.
This remote, 6-month contract is ideal for someone with 2+ years’ experience in email and lifecycle marketing and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the execution of large-scale email campaigns, ensuring operational excellence.
Own the planning, building, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of email campaigns across global markets.
Collaborate closely with teammates on large-scale experiments and initiatives to drive Go-To-Market strategies and optimize user engagement.
Work with audience specialists to deeply understand target prospects and apply data-driven segmentation to effectively reach them.
Manage all aspects of email execution, including building, testing, QA, tracking, and post-campaign performance analysis.
Build and maintain comprehensive metrics reports on marketing activities, campaign effectiveness, and business impact.
Actively measure and track email program engagement to inform continuous improvement.
Partner with marketing and product teams to launch new products and design meaningful, engaging onboarding emails.
Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues promptly.

Requirements:
Proven experience working with sales, email, and notification marketing automation tools such as Iterable, Braze, Marketo, or Salesforce.

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate impact and collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams.
A creative and analytical mindset suited for optimizing email and notification campaigns.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
