Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician

Compensation: $25/hr (overtime rate of "time and a half")

Schedule: M-F 10 hours shifts for a total of 50 hours per week expected

Summary: Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Join our dynamic team as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of our cutting-edge Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

What You'll Do:

• Promoting a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
• Performing and documenting preventative maintenance routines.
• Leading and auditing maintenance procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Creating and closing work orders with detailed records of labor, parts, and equipment serviced.
• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues involving belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Developing and delivering training plans for team members.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Managing and tracking inventory for maintenance supplies and parts.
