Your New Role:

• Work closely with seasoned electricians to master and assist in various electrical tasks.
• Help install electrical systems including wiring, switches, outlets, and fixtures by the book.
• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot, identifying and fixing electrical issues.
• Keep safety at the forefront to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage electrical materials and tools efficiently.
• Gain proficiency with a range of electrical tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Assist in the installation and routing of conduits and wiring systems.
• Conduct tests and measurements to ensure functionality and safety.
• Keep meticulous records and documentation of your work.
• Stay updated with local and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Participate in training sessions to sharpen your skills.
• Collaborate effectively with your team, contractors, and clients to complete projects on time.
• Deliver top-notch customer service, addressing client queries and concerns professionally.

Our Hiring Process:

• Possession of a valid Electrical Apprentice License, indicating eligibility to work in electrical roles and a commitment to career development in the field  preferred
• Ability to commute to various job sites, including providing your own reliable transportation
• Willingness to undergo background checks as part of the employment process to ensure suitability for the role
• Consent to drug testing as required, in compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• This role is open to individuals at the entry-level of their electrical career, offering an opportunity to gain practical experience and skills
• minimum of 4 years of experience in the trade.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
