Responsibilities: Collaborate with our production team to execute high-quality aerial video content. Conduct drone flights for a range of projects including promotional videos, real estate showcases, B-roll, and event coverage. Manage, maintain, and set up drone equipment and accessories. Ensure all footage meets high-quality standards from capture through post-production. Keep up with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in drone technology and aerial photography. Adhere to all FAA regulations and safety standards during drone operations. Qualifications: Must be able to work throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 2+ years of experience in drone piloting with a strong portfolio showcasing aerial videography. FAA Part 107 certification or equivalent required. Proficient with drone hardware and software for both shooting and editing. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong sense of visual aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team. Self-motivated, able to work independently and adhere to tight deadlines. Must own or have access to high-quality drone equipment. Flexible schedule with the ability to travel as needed. Background in real estate or related fields is a plus.
