Hybrid - in office 3 days per week - location Brentwood, TN
Outsourced to Aon's client, this position is responsible to assist the client Director, Risk Management in all aspects of Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulatory compliance for our company-owned fleet, drivers, and third-party carriers. The position will also effectively monitor changes within the safety and environmental standards to ensure changes are communicated and reflected in all training and procedural documents. Assists with other risk management responsibilities where needed including property loss control/fire protection standards and catastrophic disasters as needed. The position will identify, create, maintain, and administer safety solutions that address hazards, claims, and trends in the organization.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $70,000 to $83,000 USD annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
