About the Role:
We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated Door-to-Door Salesperson / Canvasser to join our team. This is a fun, active role where you’ll connect with homeowners and businesses in your community, share the benefits of solar energy, and generate leads that drive growth for our company. If you love talking to people, being outdoors, and making a positive impact, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with potential customers by going door-to-door and introducing Ysolarnow’s solar solutions.
• Build trust and create genuine connections with homeowners and businesses.
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and answer their questions with confidence.
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for our sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and progress.
• Work collaboratively with a motivated, high-energy team to achieve goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• A people person with strong communication skills who enjoys meeting new people.
• Outgoing, energetic, and motivated to succeed in a outdoor sales environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Previous door-to-door, canvassing, or sales experience is a plus (but not required).
• Must have reliable transportation.
