Job Description: Voltguard Utilities Limited is a leading technology company based in Houston, Texas. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Customer Service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
As a Dispatcher/Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include dispatching technicians to customer locations, managing service requests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: - Receive and prioritize service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platforms
- Dispatch technicians to customer locations based on urgency and availability
- Monitor and track technician progress to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician schedules, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or dispatching role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
- Knowledge of technical terminology and experience in the technology industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 - $29.00 per hour

Education and Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
