Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation

• Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, ensuring all franchisees are adequately trained

• Oversee performance-based marketing initiatives and track their success

• Develop and execute various social media strategies, staying up to date with the latest trends

• Monitor and optimize social media advertising campaigns

• Create engaging social media content to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities

• Implement social media initiatives to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts

• Drive lead generation campaigns to create a consistent stream of prospective customers

• Evaluate and refine social media advertising strategies based on analytics data

• Stay updated with advancements in the field of digital marketing, incorporating new ideas into our strategies.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Director of Marketing.
• Proficient in Digital Marketing.
• Experience using HubSpot for various marketing activities.
• Ability to Drive Lead Generation effectively.
• Experience in designing and executing Lead Generation Campaigns.
• Knowledge of Performance Marketing strategies and techniques.
• Demonstrable experience in creating and managing Social Media Campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Advertising.
• Proven track record in creating engaging Social Media Content.
• Experience in launching and managing Social Media Initiatives.
• Ability to craft and implement a comprehensive Social Media Strategy.
• Staying up-to-date with Social Media Trends and leveraging them for brand promotion.
