Seeking Experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for Intense Behavior (IB) Homes

We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in our Intense Behavior (IB) Homes, a role that is both challenging and meaningful.

As a DSP, you will support individuals with behavioral challenges-such as aggression or self-harm-and be prepared to handle unexpected situations. You'll follow behavior support plans (BSPs) to manage behaviors, while providing essential care with personal hygiene, daily tasks, and recreational activities.

A typical day may include:

• De-escalating behavioral outbursts
• Assisting with hygiene, meals, and routines
• Guiding residents through outings and chores
• Using calm communication and crisis management strategies to ensure safety
• Documenting incidents and progress to promote consistency between shifts

This role requires patience, problem-solving, and emotional resilience-but offers the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals who need specialized care.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability: Evening, overnight, and/or weekend shifts - No Day Shifts Available
