Location: Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens
Pay: $17–$20/hour
Job Description
We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safely and independently in a group home setting .
Responsibilities include:
Follow each client’s service plan
Assist with daily living skills, recreation, and social activities
Help with household tasks and personal care as needed
Administer medications (with proper training/certification)
Support clients with meals and feeding when necessary
Report safety issues, abuse, or any problems right away
Qualifications include:
High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s a plus)
️ 1 year of experience preferred
✅ Certifications preferred: AMAP, SCIP-R, CPR, First Aid
