Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant

Reports To: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your skills in digital marketing, design, and analytics while contributing to impactful campaigns. You'll work closely with a collaborative team to craft marketing materials, execute email campaigns, and support a variety of exciting digital projects.

What You'll Do:

Design & Creative Support

Develop and edit marketing assets, including flyers, brochures, and digital graphics, using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Email Marketing

Assist in planning, creating, and sending email campaigns via HubSpot.
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to enhance engagement.

Collaborate with Sales Teams

Work with sales teams to understand their needs and create tailored marketing materials.
Foster consistent communication between the marketing and sales departments.

CRM & Cloud Storage Management

Utilize Salesforce to manage leads and customer data effectively.
Organize and maintain marketing files in cloud storage platforms like Dropbox.

Analytics & Digital Advertising

Support digital campaign tracking and analysis using Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Generate reports to measure campaign success and optimize future strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Basic knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce (preferred).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud storage platforms like Dropbox.
Knowledge of SEO and emerging digital marketing trends.
Interest in sustainability is a bonus.
