The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager will expand and enhance our digital marketing presence with a focus on social media management to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth. Creativity and a passion for social media and digital content will be key.

What you'll do:
  • Create and execute marketing content strategies leveraging digital marketing, paid & organic, eCommerce & social media channels.
  • Develop and manage the social media calendar and collaborate with members of the marketing team to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content to drive awareness and increase brand visibility.
  • Actively monitor and engage our audience across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting to internal teams including Marketing, Sales and Administration regarding campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools and best practices. Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.
What youll need:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Analytics, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube and digital marketing principles as well as social media management tools. Familiarity with website builds and graphic design would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and have a proactive & results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong computer skills, time-management skills, organizational skills and the ability to analyze & interpret data.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
