We are the leading design / build outdoor living company in Massachusetts and have a 30 year record of success! We design and build outdoor custom decks, porches, sun-rooms, patios and additions. We bring the leads to you! We design and construct high quality, award winning residential projects that you'll be proud of. And were growing. We're currently looking for a Sales Super Star to represent us during in-home sales presentations to pre-qualified leads! As well as meet with clients to understand their personal needs and desires, can design and sell custom project innovative solutions, brought to their outdoor living space. Our projects are gorgeous and improve our clients quality of life! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Sales! You must live in the greater Boston area to do this job.

For the suburbs north and west of Boston, we seek experienced, motivated representatives with:
- Proven in-home sales experience,
- Strong inter-personal skills,
- Knowledge of residential construction,
- Experience in or the ability to learn CAD software,
- The maturity to set and manage your own schedule and work from your home or our showroom.
- A degree in Architecture is advantageous
- We require our employees be vaccinated against COVID.

Successful candidates will:
- Meet with clients in their home and in our showroom,
- Listen to clients requirements and desires to expand their homes,
- Design and sell solutions that meet clients residential needs within their budgets,
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

We provide employees with training in our consultation process, in quality construction techniques and products, and in our CAD design software. We furnish qualified leads. Compensation is either full commission or base salary plus commission. Income potential is very high. Our current Design Consultants earn well over $100,000 per year .
