Description The Dentist is responsible for providing general dentistry and supervising dental assistants and Hygienists. The schedule includes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Responsibilities Include Provide direct service to patients. Ensure compliance with DPH, OSHA, and Dental Association regulations. Follow departmental protocols. Meet productivity standards (if applicable). Supervise dental assistants and hygienists. Attend required meetings. Commit to providing dental care to families in medically underserved communities. Be flexible in developing new methods of dental service delivery. Handle sensitive information confidentially. Minimum Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited Dental School. Fully licensed or LLD. Massachusetts Controlled Substance certificate and DEA registration. CPR certification. Licensed to practice Dentistry in Massachusetts, with a valid Massachusetts Limited License in Dentistry. Minimum of three years’ professional experience in the US (preferred). Public Health experience (preferred). Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
