Plus, with our Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5 PM, Fridays, 7:45 AM to 12 PM schedule, your weekends are free to unwind.
How You'll Shine as Our Dental Insurance Coordinator:
Be the go-to expert on dental insurance, helping patients understand their coverage and benefits with clarity and care.
Submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Follow up with insurance companies and patients to resolve any questions or discrepancies—your communication skills will keep everything on track.
Collaborate with the front office and clinical teams to ensure patients receive seamless care from start to finish.
Keep patient records up to date with insurance information and coverage details.
Build strong relationships with patients, helping them feel comfortable and confident in their treatment plans and financial options.
What You Need to Join the Squad:
✅ Previous experience as a Dental Insurance Coordinator or in a related dental/medical administrative role.
✅ Strong understanding of dental insurance plans, claims, and billing processes.
✅ Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great patient service.
