Company Overview
Rocket Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating from Amazon warehouses in Edison, NJ, and Middlesex, NJ. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer service-oriented delivery drivers to join our team.

Position Highlights

• No experience necessary : We provide 80+ hours of paid training.
• Promotional Opportunities : Be part of the only DSP at our Amazon delivery station with DOT trucks, paving the way for future CDL tractor-trailer driving.
• Work Schedule : Approximate hours are 10 AM to 8 PM, with shifts ranging from 8-10 hours per day, available 7 days a week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay : $22.75/hour, with the potential for discretionary performance-based bonuses.
• Overtime Pay : $34/hour during peak times (November-December).
• Paid Time Off (PTO) : Includes vacation and sick time.
• Health Insurance : Comprehensive health benefits.

• Tuition Assistance : Up to $5,250 per year for eligible employees for college courses at accredited institutions.

Driver Requirements

• Age : Must be at least 21 years old.
• Driver’s License : Valid, unexpired, non-probationary driver’s license required.
• Drug Test : Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Physical Ability : Must be able to lift packages up to 60 lbs and navigate cargo vans frequently throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate delivery vehicles.
• Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Load and unload packages for delivery.
• Work effectively in varying weather conditions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely deliveries.
