Our Caregivers deliver quality-of-life to the residents of our community. We have 4 cottages that differ in their level of care; each cottage has 10-rooms, with the ability to hold 11 residents. Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility opened their doors in February 2023 and benefits by having the support of the overall health system; located on the same campus as Columbia Family Clinic, Dayton General Hospital, our Rehab Therapy department, and many other services!
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation based on years of experience:
Home Care Aides: $20.00 - $24.10 per hour
Certified Nursing Assistants: $21.00 - $25.10 per hour
Shift Differentials Available for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends!
Sign-On Bonus included!
Full-Time and Per Diem Shifts Available:
Nights (5:30pm - 6am)
Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals
We are looking to hire licensed Delegated Medication Aides (CNA or HCA) for Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility! In this role, you will love to care for others and advocate for the residents. You are expected to deliver total care in assisting residents with their daily living. You will observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral conditions and chart those changes in Point Click Care. As a Med Tech, you will assist in orienting and mentoring new caregivers, assist with resident medication administration, assist the Charge Nurse in the development and implementation of resident service plans, and provide personal care assistance to residents as needed.
This position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide license with Washington State; you will also hold Nurse Delegation Core and Nurse Delegation Diabetes certifications.
