Key Responsibilities: ? Collect, organize, and prepare source documents for data entry. ? Accurately enter both alphabetic and numeric data into the assigned system. ? Ensure data entered is free of errors by reviewing and correcting discrepancies. ? Follow company security and confidentiality procedures, especially regarding HIPAA regulations. ? Perform light office tasks such as filing, sorting, and proofreading as needed. ? Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? No prior data entry experience required; we will train the right candidate! ? Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook). ? Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM). ? Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies. ? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. ? Reliable, punctual, and able to stay focused in a busy environment.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
