Job Description

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s security protocols to protect sensitive information from cyber threats. This role involves working collaboratively with various departments to ensure that security measures are embedded in every aspect of operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage robust security architectures and frameworks. Monitor network traffic for security incidents and respond quickly and effectively to mitigate risks. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, audits, and penetration testing to identify potential risks. Configure and maintain security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus software, encryption programs, and intrusion detection systems. Perform threat analysis and create strategies to counter identified threats. Develop, review, and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization. Engage in incident response activities, including detection, response, containment, and remediation. Continuously evaluate emerging security trends and integrate relevant ones into the organization's security program. Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices and policies. Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve security issues and implement solutions. Act as a liaison with law enforcement and other advisory bodies as necessary.
