Position Overview

CVIG is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will support clients throughout the Medicare enrollment process, assist with policy questions, and ensure an outstanding experience with our company. You will engage with customers by phone and email, manage CRM updates, and work closely with our sales team to provide seamless support.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $45,000.00 per year
  • Full-time, Exempt role

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Overtime and weekend availability as needed

Qualifications

  • U.S. work authorization (Required)
  • High school diploma (Required)
  • Previous customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about providing excellent customer care
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to be coached

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and emails from clients with questions about Medicare applications, coverage details, or policy issues
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with clients and provide post-sale support
  • Escalate issues when necessary to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist clients with carrier portals and coordinate with carriers as needed
  • Route calls to licensed agents when appropriate
  • Manage CRM records, updating tasks and client details accurately
  • Track policy approvals, enrollments, and disenrollments, following up with clients as needed
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting the client experience
  • Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships
  • Ensure sensitive information is handled securely and confidentially
