We are excited to invite qualified individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will engage directly with our clients, addressing their inquiries, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with existing clients via Zoom or other virtual platforms.
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and clarity.
Provide information on additional services and assist with service opt-ins.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
