Job Description

We’re seeking skilled Cryptocurrency Traders with a 3+ year verifiable track record in crypto markets to access institutional capital or secure a permanent position with crypto-native market-makers, hedge funds, and DeFi partners.

Requirements:

• Crypto performance metrics (CAGR, Sharpe ratio, max drawdown, risk-adjusted returns) over ≥3 years in spot, derivatives, or DeFi markets.
• Scalability : Interest in managing >$500k to multi-million allocations or joining as a full-time quant/portfolio manager.
• Deep crypto expertise : Experience trading at scale on major exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, etc.), OTC desks, or automated DeFi protocols.
• Risk management rigor : Ability to navigate extreme volatility, liquidity risks, and black swan events (e.g., exchange insolvencies, flash crashes).
• Technical edge : Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Solidity for algo trading, smart contracts, or blockchain analytics (preferred but optional).
