Job Description:
As a Cruise Consultant, you will guide our clients through the selection and booking of luxury cruise vacations, providing expert advice on everything from ship amenities to itinerary choices. Your role will be crucial in making cruise travel a seamless and exciting adventure for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather their preferences regarding destinations, travel dates, and budgets, and understand their expectations for a cruise vacation.
• Provide recommendations on cruise lines, ships, cabins, and itineraries that best match the clients needs.
• Manage booking processes, including reservations, invoicing, and issuing of travel documents.
• Remain informed about the latest developments in the cruise industry, including new ships, refurbishments, itineraries, and promotional offers.
• Deliver top-notch customer service before, during, and after the booking process, ensuring clients have all necessary support for a memorable travel experience.
• Handle client concerns and changes with professionalism and patience.

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States.
