Responsibilities The Crew Member's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive guest-experience
- Assist customers with ordering their favorite McDonald's meals
- Cook and Prepare McDonald's World-Famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
