Salary Range: $21 to $23/hour
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a flexible, Full-time position, 30-40+ hours per week. We will collaborate with you to determine the final schedule.

The Crew Leader operates a variety of equipment used in the application and maintenance of parking lots and other large site jobs. The right candidate will have full responsibly for crew productivity and be a primary equipment operator and driver of one our medium duty box trucks. This position is a Seasonal Full-Time position with ample opportunity for overtime throughout the season. Flexible schedule but must be available nights and weekends. Must be a team player, have attention to detail, and have a positive attitude. Commercial Driver or Equipment Operator experience is desirable, a clean driver’s license is mandatory. References required.

Supervisory Responsibility
The position directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and moving mechanical parts. The employee is exposed to a variety of temperature conditions at job sites. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items up to 60 pounds and occasionally push or move items up to 350 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with seasonal highs. Typical days and hours of work are Sunday through Saturday, 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., 30-50 hours per week depending on demand. During peak season weekend work will be required as job duties demand with overtime options.
Travel
Local travel (within the surrounding areas) but a vehicle will be provided. Need to commute to office/warehouse location in Wheeling, IL.
