Job Description

The International Marketing Streaming team is seeking a Creative Production Project Manager to support the Sr. Director of Creative Operations . This role involves collaborating closely with the Creative team and key business partners to define project scopes, establish timelines with key milestones, and manage budget allocations. The Project Manager will oversee both internal and external resources , streamline review processes, and maintain clear communication to ensure all deliverables meet expectations. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing external creative agencies and production/post-production vendors .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global creative production projects from initiation to completion, covering planning, creative development, production, delivery, and post-project wrap-up.
• Define operational components of projects, including timelines, resource allocation, labor hours, and external costs .
• Oversee and maintain project documentation , such as creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverable lists, and retrospective reports.
• Provide consistent project updates , monitor milestones, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions using project management tools .
• Work closely with Marketing Managers to track business metrics and apply insights to enhance future project performance.
• Assess project briefs and plans, ensuring they align with scope, budget, and deliverables.
• Escalate risks and challenges to senior management as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships , including initiating paperwork (NDAs, SOWs, advance requests) and handling the vendor invoicing process .

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in creative project management within the media and entertainment industry , covering video, photography, print/OOH, digital display/rich media, email, and website design.
• Strong organizational and time management skills , with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines .
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills .
• Hands-on experience in project management or coordination within a creative environment .
• Proficiency with project management tools and applications .
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative work setting.
• Creative problem solver with a passion for developing new marketing approaches .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite .
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
