Superintendent

Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams effectively, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of construction sites.
• Supervise and lead construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with project managers to align project timelines and goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Manage resources, including materials and equipment, to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of rigging machinery and crane operations.
• Experience in data center construction is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
• Certifications in construction safety and rigging preferred.
