Description Position Overview: We are currently hiring a Trainer responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to our team members. This role will be crucial in ensuring our staff is well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and uphold our quality standards.
Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees, covering coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and company policies
• Conduct on-the-job training, providing guidance to team members
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create targeted programs
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect the latest industry trends and company policies
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols

Position Requirements Requirements: • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Previous experience as a trainer in a similar industry, preferably in coffee or food service
• Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and weekends as needed
