We have partnered with a publicly traded FinTech that is creating technology to deliver financial empowerment to consumers when it matters most. Their broad array of digital-first financial solutions is catered to building important credit and helping individuals reach their financial goals.

With over 25 years in operation, this company has helped over 20 million people manage their financial well-being and provided over $40 billion in consumer loans. The Company's legal team is looking for a driven Corporate Paralegal who is well-versed with contracts, corporate governance, and supports the legal team in a variety of tasks.

3-Day Hybrid Schedule in Sandy Springs, Georgia

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review related legal documents and agreements (NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, etc)
• Help manage the contract management system and ensure timely renewals
• Assist with board communications, including prepping related board materials, taking minutes, and communicating with necessary stakeholders
• Maintain corporate entities, draft corporate documents, and enforce compliance with federal/State/local regulations
• Assist with coordinating outside counsel on litigation matters when necessary

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or Paralegal certification from an accredited institution
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance
• Strong organizational and document management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
