Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig (DBL) is seeking a qualified Corporate Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience to work in our Vienna, VA office. The ideal candidate must have excellent writing and research abilities, a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and a proven track record of results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience in corporate law required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail required. Double checks the accuracy, formatting, and grammar of written communications while handling confidential information sensitively and discreetly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Adobe, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Paralegal certification preferred
