We are assisting one of our well funded tech clients in the Networking and Infrastructure space scale to the next level.

We are seeking a Controller, who will ensure seamless financial operations across all stakeholders—investors, capital providers, customers, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Help build and scale the financial foundation of the company.
• Create systems and processes that support a globally distributed team, a creative capital structure, and a business poised for significant growth over the next five years.
• Design and build the Controllership function with modern technology and processes
• Strategically support the finance function on all components (tax, treasury, capital, FP&A)
• Prepare for and lead audits (beginning in 2025)

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of experience , ideally someone who has transitioned from an accounting background into operational roles in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• A mindset focused on efficiency, scalability, and precision.
