We are a cutting edge company in the Computer Hardware Manufacturing space. Our team specializes in technology for various automation and HPC sectors. We continue to grow and are looking to add a Controller to the mixture.

Position Overview

The Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. This role will manage the accounting team and play a key part in strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Support tax preparation and compliance efforts.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Experience with financial software, preferably NetSuite.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
