Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to oversee financial operations for a designated division, offering strategic guidance and financial support to management across multiple locations. This role involves handling budgets, job costing, and financial analysis to ensure sound fiscal management and compliance.

• Collaborate with the Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and review accurate monthly financial statements and account reconciliations.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions at various locations.
• Communicate regularly with the Controller to report on assigned projects and progress.
• Handle other tasks as directed by senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Must have public accounting experience
• 5-7+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Organized and adaptable, able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to 170k base

Location: Glendale or Manhattan Beach - 4 days/week onsite
