KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS - Develop and maintain detailed 3D models of construction projects using survey data.
- Ensure models accurately represent the physical site conditions and project specifications.
- Update models based on new survey data and project changes.
- Work closely with surveyors & engineers to gather necessary project data and information.
- Conduct quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with project teams, including designers, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure models meet project needs.
- Utilize industry-standard software for modeling, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements - Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D).
- Strong understanding of surveying techniques and data interpretation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Ability to conduct site visits and perform physical inspections.

Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
