About the Role Construction Project Management Intern Enclave has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Management Intern for our Construction team! Gain practical experience as you receive real-world training from experienced Project Managers and Superintendents. This position is available as a summer internship running from May - August or a Fall Co-op running from May - December.
Position Logistics - Primary Work Location: West Fargo, ND - Corporate Office
- Work Environment: On-Site
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | Standard Hours
- Work Type: Internship (Full time hours with flexibility)
Position Responsibilities - Assist the project team in the completion of designated projects while focusing on learning construction industry processes, procedures, and Enclave business policies
- Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders
- Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety
We're Seeking Individuals Who Have: - Construction Knowledge: Has a general knowledge of construction project management, estimating techniques, and cost-control methods
- Math Skills: Can perform mathematical calculations
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications - Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Pursuing Higher Education: Must be pursuing a certificate, associate, bachelor's or advanced degree in Construction
