Role and Responsibilities:

As a Construction Development Intern, you will:

• Be an active participant in all facets of the real estate development process from conception through completion.
• Conduct market research and analysis throughout the US.
• Provide support to the team in construction project management-related tasks.
• Participate in both internal multi-department and local government meetings with opportunities contribute to project discussions.
• Gain valuable and diverse experience in real estate development.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college/university program related to Construction Science, Construction Management, Real Estate, Land Use Planning, Architecture, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organization and research skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for real estate development and sustainability.
