Job Title: Concrete Finisher

Salary: $25-$28 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Set forms that hold concrete to desired pitch and depth, and align them.
• Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand or power trowels, hand or power screeds, and floats.
• Monitor the concrete curing process and make adjustments as needed.
• Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, and sealing to enhance the appearance and durability of concrete surfaces.
• Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces as required.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
