Grace Harbour, Inc. ( ) a youth and family serving agency with locations throughout Georgia, is looking for therapists to deliver Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to families in Chatham County. MST is a top researched community-based intervention model directed at families with youth ages 12 through 17 years old where there is involvement in the juvenile justice system. If you are positive, vibrant, flexible, and compassionate, we want you! We are seeking individuals with mental health clinical training and experience to deliver Multisystemic Therapy (MST).
Duties include assessment, treatment, documentation, and collaboration with caregivers, families, youth, and community stakeholders. Therapist will function as part of a MST team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation. Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule based on families’ availability. Specific experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy including trauma treatment, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, and behaviorally-based treatments preferred. Master's in mental health or related field required. Ga. licensure preferred. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
This is a full time position with competitive benefits. Starting Base Salary Range as a W2 Employee is $45,000-60,000. EBA’s mission is to support families and strengthen communities through the high-quality implementation of evidence-based programs (EBPs). As a ‘production company’, we focus on the implementation issues back stage so that EBPs and community-based providers can be the ‘stars’ on stage. Over the past 15 years, EBA has served multiple states and counties in the areas of juvenile justice, child welfare, and behavioral health.
Our project support services address common implementation questions and concerns, such as:
• System Assessment: what are the gaps or needs in your current service system?
• Readiness Support: how do we get providers and stakeholders ready for EBPs?
• Program Implementation: how do we ensure we are implementing with high fidelity?
• Service Coordination: how do we make sure we’re matching the right service at the right time for the right children, youth, and family members?
EBA offers a team of professionals with backgrounds in social services, juvenile justice, evidence-based programs, information technology and human resources. EBA’s interdisciplinary team brings a combined total of more than 150 years of experience in clinical services and program management related to community-based and evidence-based programs.
