Position Overview

We’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial commission-based sales representatives to join our remote acquisitions team. In this role, you will connect with motivated homeowners, analyze property situations, and help guide sellers through our process. You’ll be the first point of contact and play a key role in our growth.

 

This is a remote, flexible, part-time 1099 contractor role with uncapped earning potential . Full training is provided — no real estate license required. Deal closers will most likely need to be able to travel to on-site addresses.

 

 

 

Compensation Structure

• 10-15% commission on deals you generate and hand off to Oceanside for closing

• 30% commission on deals you close from start to finish (including lead, inspection, and offer) 40% commission after you have been with the company for a certain amount of time.

• Weekly payouts via check or direct deposit

• No cap on earnings — top closers can earn up to or more than $5,000+/mo part-time

 

 

Your Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners using our CRM and dialer

• Qualify sellers based on motivation, property condition, and timeline

• Accurately enter and manage lead data within our CRM

• Build rapport with sellers and understand their situation

• Submit property details for review or create offers independently

• (Optional for full-closers) Walk sellers through the offer and contract process

• Attend weekly check-ins and training calls (remote)

 

 

 

We Provide

• Sales scripts and objection-handling frameworks

• CRM access and VOIP dialer system such as Google Voice

• Internal real estate training program (comp analysis, contracts, assignments, etc.)

• Weekly training on real estate investing and wholesaling

• Mentorship from active real estate investors

• Career growth into Acquisition Manager or Dispositions roles

 

 

 

Recommended Experience

• Previous experience in sales, call centers, solar, insurance, pest control, or automotive sales is strongly preferred

• No real estate license required (but welcomed)

• Proven ability to work independently, hit performance metrics, and stay disciplined

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Real estate interest or passion is a bonus — we’ll teach the rest

 

 

 

Time Commitment

• Choose your own hours (minimum 10 hrs/week required)

• Most successful reps work 15–25 hours/week

• Calls should be made during optimal windows (8–11 AM, 2-5PM, Sat 9–12)

• Weekly accountability check-in required (remote)

 

 

 

How You’ll Get Paid

• 1099 contractor status (you handle your own taxes)

• Paid per closed deal, not hourly

• Must submit a W-9 before receiving payment

• Direct deposit or business check, typically within 7 business days of contract assignment close
